Who is interested in MEDIAD?
The media. To enable people to get to know their publicity spaces and give them more visibility in more remote markets.
Advertising agencies and advertisers. To plan their advertising campaigns and book spaces according to the profile of the audience, range, budget and characteristics of the media.
What types of media can I find??
At the moment, the written Balearic press as it is still a pilot project.
It is envisaged that as more financing is obtained the functionalities will be broadened to extend the offers of other types of media, and that the application will be exported and interoperate with other regions.
What advantages does MEDIAD offer?
To find advertising spaces in the media which by its characteristics are not in the usual circuits of programming: alternative media, local press, company magazines, etc.
These are communication media that are by and large small but very well established in their communities. Planning campaigns in these types of media is difficult if the area and its characteristics are unknown, because they are many and highly dispersed.
MEDIAD endeavours to offer a tool that facilitates the management of advertising campaign planning in local or alternative or specialised media, dispersed and fragmented, that on many occasions are not audited by official entities but whose effectiveness can be highly satisfactory owing to their proximity with and the establishment of their readers.
Why are all types of media not available?
All types of communication media are not there because we are still undergoing the period of making the application known and showing the media how to use it.
What do I have to do to use MEDIAD?
If you are a communications medium. Register yourself and publish the technical information of your medium (once) and revise the advertising rates every year.
If you are an agency. Consult the availability of spaces according to the audience profile of your campaigns. Select those spaces that comply with the requirements of your campaigns. Make reservations (advertising order), registering beforehand.
How is an advertising order made?
Once the agency has planned a campaign they can send an advertising order to all the media selected. The advantage of using MEDIAD is that with one single click you can send as many emails as media selected, automatically customising each advertising order for each medium.
How does the agency or advertiser know that the medium has accepted the advertising order?
Once the medium has received the publicity order they accept it or reject it by automatically sending an email to the agency or advertiser informing them of the acceptance of the order.
How are the originals sent to the medium?
The originals are sent in the usual way, specified in the technical characteristics of the medium. MEDIAD serves to plan and make decisions on the insertions of advertising campaigns.
Are there any discounts?
The agency discounts are those that each agency may have agreed with each medium. The discounts must be applied, separately, to the prices offered by MEDIAD.
How are they invoiced?
MEDIAD, at the moment, solely serves in the planning and sending of advertising orders. Invoicing is effected in the usual way with each medium or their commercial representative.
Then why should I use MEDIAD?
Because you can find media that are not within your usual scope which may be interesting to plan campaigns for your clients according to the target public.
How much does it cost me to use MEDIAD?
At the moment, nothing. It is a pilot project to introduce the use of ICT into the market of advertising spaces and promoting the use of ICT by media and advertising agencies to process their advertising orders.
Further into the future, when the platform is fully functional, the best way for the application to have sustainable continuity and its exploitation will be analysed, considering the improvement in competitiveness of SMEs at all times.

You can send an email to jserna@robotiker.es indicating which user and email you wish to modify or unsubscribe.
Data relating to the medium may be modified by yourself by entering with your name and password.
If I lose my password, how can I retrieve it?
You should send an email to jserna@robotiker.es indicating the name of the user and email so that the administrator can soon send you a new password.
